What really works for Penis Enlargement

All exercises intend to increase the structure of the penis by mechanical stress. Important to know is that the penis is not a muscle. It is a fat free tissue that fills with blood while erection. Regular mechanical stress causes an extension of this tissue or even micro-tears. The healing process fills in scar tissue that further increases the volume.

1. Stretching

Stretching means to pull the flaccid or half-flaccid penis from both ends. Therefor special stretching devices are available. Their basic functionality is as follows: A ring holds the head of the penis, another the base. Both are connected by bars that can adjust the traction. To see results the stress has to be maintained regularly over several minutes to hours a day. A realistic expectation is a gain of length of about 1 to 3 cm flaccid and 1 to 2 cm in erect state.

2. Jelqing

Jelqing is an old Arabian massage method which means translated milking. Therefor you hold the base of the penis tight with one hand. Then you grab the shaft with thumb and index finger of the other hand and sweep your grip with pressure over the lubricated penis to the top.

Like milking a teat.

Regular training can lengthen your hard Bratwurst up to 2 to 3 cm.

The forced pressure stretches the tissue in all directions.

So Jelqing will increase the girth as well.

3. Vacuum Pumps

The penis is entered in a tube from which the air is suctioned out.

So the air pressure is lowered and more blood flows into the penis.

Thus the tissue gets stretched in all directions.

Actually, penis pumps were invented to treat erectile dysfunction and to prolong the erection duration.

A side effect is the increase in girth and length of around 2 cm, if exercised regularly, of course.

A newer version of the vacuum pump works with water. Water is not compressible in contrast to air which makes water pumps even more effective.

4. Masturbators – A Combination of all Three

Modern masturbators for men can combine all above mentioned techniques.

There are many products that offer suction and pressure functionalities that can be controlled manually or electrically.

So penile enlargement can be combined with masturbation in an automated and fun way.

How long will the Enlargement last?

In short (lol), the longer the training, the longer the gain will last.

But it is a tricky question. One aspect is how disciplined do you train? Do you give yourself enough rest? Which method do you apply?

The most common method is the injection of the body’s own fat. Beforehand cell fragments which contain surface antigens are filtered out. So the body will not degrade the injected fat cells.

This method increases the girth by 1 to 4 cm but the length will remain unchanged.

The injection of silicon gel, hyaluronic acid or other materials foreign to the body have never been successful.

2. SILICONE IMPLANTS

A modern method is the implantation of a preformed silicon sleeve under the penile skin.

The silicon wrapper is inserted above the penis and pushed up to the glans. This way the girth and length are increased by 2 to 4 cm.

Because the sleeve won’t increase with the erection the erected penis can look deformed.

3. SUSPENSORY LIGAMENT RELEASE

The most common method to increase the length is the suspensory ligament release.

Thereby the attachment to the pubic bone is cut, the penis is pulled a few cm out of the body and fixed again.

So the penis has gained around 2 cm, but only in flaccid state.

The size of the erect penis will remain unchanged. Furthermore the penis will be less stable and its angle of erection will decrease by 15 degrees downwards. Thus some sex positions will become more difficult and less intense.

So if you want to look better in the locker room and perform worse in the bedroom, this could be your choice.

4. LIPOSUCTION

For overweight men a Liposuction could make sense, too.

Thereby excess fat around the pubic area will be removed and the penis will appear more prominent.

Thus a visual gain of around 2 cm can be reached but it does not actually change the penis’ length.

LOTIONS

Just forget about it.

PILLS

First, forget about the pills that are vitamins, minerals and herbs. They won’t harm you but they will never enlarge your third leg.

If you really suffer from erectile dysfunction, medication can improve your blood flow and give you longer and harder erections. These so-called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, also known as “Viagra”, “Cialis” or “Levitra”, has to be prescribed by a doctor. Especially men with heart and circulation problems have to be cautious with this medication.

Together with the above described exercises you can work more efficiently on your potency and size.

GENERAL ADVICE

A simple aesthetic tip is to trim your pubic hair which lets your penis appear bigger.

If you may have some extra pounds, a diet and sports could have an analogous effect.

Generally working out will help you on feeling good and sexy.

And this should be your main goal instead of wasting your energy on focusing on some numbers.
